1. Services Provided

101 Studios provides professional real estate videography, photography, and content creation services. Delivery times and specific deliverables will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed prior to the shoot date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Use of Content

Once full payment is received, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing the specific property. 101 Studios retains the right to use the media for our own promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are typically due within 7-14 days of media delivery or as specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of future services or revocation of content licenses.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care, 101 Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our media or delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or bad weather.
